Ty Ucha Caravan and Touring site

Ty Ucha is a small, independently operated touring caravan park near Llangollen.

We aim to make our site as welcoming and accessible as reasonably possible and are happy to discuss individual requirements before booking.

  • Guests arriving at the site may contact the owner/warden on arrival and will be directed to their allocated pitch.
  • Assistance can be provided where required.
  • All pitches have parking alongside for one car.
  • The site includes a mixture of hardstanding and grassed areas.
  • Some routes may involve gravel, grass or slight gradients.
  • Guests with reduced mobility are encouraged to contact us before booking so that we can allocate the most suitable available pitch.
  • Toilet and shower facilities with step free access are located within the main facilities area.
  • There is one private disability friendly shower and toilet room.
  • External lighting is provided around key areas of the site, although guests should be aware that Ty Ucha is a rural location and some areas may be darker at night.
  • Guests with specific accessibility requirements are encouraged to contact us before booking so that we can discuss their needs and explain the facilities available.

 

The Cottage

Ty Ucha Cottage is a cosy self-catering cottage located within our rural site near Llangollen.

We aim to provide clear and accurate accessibility information so that guests can decide whether the cottage is suitable for their individual requirements before booking.

  • The cottage is accessed via an entrance step with a lip, which may present a barrier for guests with reduced mobility.
  • There is no step-free access into the cottage.
  • The bedroom is located upstairs and is accessed via a flight of stairs.
  • Due to the entrance step and internal stairs, the cottage is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests who are unable to manage steps or stairs.
  • The cottage may not be suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations.
  • The wider site includes a mixture of grassed and gravelled areas, and some routes may involve uneven surfaces or slight gradients.
  • External lighting is provided around key areas of the site, although guests should be aware that Ty Ucha is a rural location and some areas may be darker at night.
